Our Pet Policy
Dogs, cats, and service animals are welcome. All animals must be housebroken; no breeding allowed. Certain dog breeds and mixes (e.g., German Shepherd, Akita, Chow, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Wolf‑dog hybrid, Pit‑bull terriers, Presa Canario, etc.) are prohibited if 50% or more of the dog’s breed. Pet deposit: one‑time fee of $350 for one pet, $700 for two pets. Monthly pet rent: $50 for one pet, $75 for two pets.
